A Slice of History

Trips Between 1998 and 2014

As a club in existence for over 60 years you can imagine we've collectively and over the generations racked up a lot of ski miles, and pedal miles, and paddle miles.

A club accounting report for this period presented an opportunity to summarize our trip habits, at least for this particular slice of time.

In an era when we did four ski trips to Stokely in Vermont and one to Europe we did over sixty Out West, including ten in western provinces. Plus, almost one hundred Up North.

Utah, at 5 visits, is our second favorite destination state during this era, eclipsed by our favorite province, British Columbia with 8 visits. Both are dwarfed by Colorado claiming 31 trips over 17 years!

Other Trips

Also during this period the club went camping 3 times, and to Kentucky in the Spring for golf 8 times, and canoeing or rafting 14 times, and biking away from home 21 times.
